If you try to download the google chrome browser you will find that you get only the file which again redirects you to download the installer files from the internet...
I downloaded it from its 500KB file and then copied the full sized download file in my computer from temp location to share the same with all friends.
I have uploaded it on server and you can download the same from this rapidshare link
